MACK Rehabilitation Project Continues 

We are pleased to share that the MACK has extended our building rehabilitation contract to now include all previously deferred scope of work. This extension will address the remaining mechanical systems (HVAC), ceilings, and fixtures to complete Phase I of the MACK Rehabilitation Project. This scope of work is scheduled to be complete late this spring. In addition, our fire suppression/sprinkler is back with the state fire marshal (LRR) for our final review. We are excited to proceed!
